Primary gastrointestinal lymphoma in childhood (up to 18 years of age) : a morphological, immunohistochemical and clinical study

In the present study, 47 cases of primary gastrointestinal NHL in patients up to 18 years of age were analysed retrospectively in order to (a) define their subtypes on the basis of morphology and immunohistochemistry, and (b) ascertain whether any significant prognostic difference existed between the histological subtypes, the primary sites, and stage of disease at diagnosis
