Quality of service guarantee method, network side equipment and terminal

The invention provides an ensuring method used for quality of service (QoS) of service in a WCDMA system, network side equipment and a terminal. The ensuring method of the invention comprises the steps as follows: a main PDP connection is established between the terminal and GGSN; the gained QoS parameter of the service is analysed at the network side; a PDU inform request message is sent by the GGSN; the message contains the QoS parameter; a secondary PDP connection is established between the terminal and the GGSN; the service is shifted to the secondary PDP connection from the main PDP connection. The ensuring method, the network side equipment and the terminal used for the quality of service (QoS) in the service of the wideband code division multiple access system send the PDP secondary activation by the GGSN, establish the secondary PDP under the ensuring of the QoS so as to prove the bearing service for the service, sufficiently use the strong service analysis capability of the network side and provide with the ensuring of the QoS suitable for the users.
