General optoelectronic computing based on scalable photonic neuromorphic system

We propose a general optoelectronic computing architecture based on scalable photonic neuromorphic system. It employs the fundamentals of the Neural Engineering Framework (NEF) principles to implement numerical operations in optical spiking networks.
