Research Progress of Molecular Technology for Bacterial Identification

As the development of the molecular biology,the methods of bacterial identification has been evolved rapidly.A series of integrated and systematic methods were established.For example,DNA-DNA hybridization,rDNA fingerprints,plasmid map,sequence determination of 16S rDNA,restriction endonuclease analysis and pulsed-field gel electrophoresis analysis.The new methods which were based on these methods and their progress were introduced.
