Effect of the Expression on Musclin Gene and Lipogenic Gene in the Muscle of Cadmium Poisoning Mice by Vc

To study the transcription expression law of Musclin gene and Lipogenic gene in muscle of the cadmium poisoning mice regulated by Vc.The experiment adopted RT-PCR detection method to study the variety of expression level of mice Musclin gene and Lipogenic gene (FAS,PPARγ,TGH).The results showed that cadmium had significant inhibitory effect on mice Musclin gene and Lipogenic(P0.05),compared of Vc plus cadmium group and plus cadmium,the expression of Musclin gene and Lipogenic gene were significantly increased.The expression level of Musclin and FAS mRNA was a significant negative correlation (P0.01) and PPARγ was a significant positive correlation,and TGH gene was a closely correlation (P0.05) compared with the Vc+Cd group mice.Conclusion was that Vc can improve expression level of Musclin gene and Lipogenic gene in the muscle of cadmium poisoning mice.
