The invention discloses a water cooling radiator for a stepping and servo motor under the vacuum environment. The water cooling radiator comprises heat-conduction copper plates, water cooling copper bodies, a fixed fixture and water taps, wherein the outer side of a stepping and servo motor housing is coated with a plurality of heat-conduction copper plates in a close contact manner; the fixed fixture is used for fixedly connecting the heat-conduction copper plates with the stepping and servo motor housing; the water cooling copper bodies are arranged on the heat-conduction copper plates; cooling channels allowing cooling water to circulate are formed in the water cooling copper bodies; and water taps connected with a laser water cooler are respectively arranged at the two ends of the water cooling channels. According to the invention, the stepping and servo motor housing is coated with the heat-conduction copper plates, and the water cooling copper bodies filled with the cooling water are arranged on the heat-conduction copper plates, so that heat dissipation via water cooling is realized; since the copper materials are high in heat-conduction speed, the rapid heat dissipation of the stepping and servo motor can be achieved; and water-proof structures are arranged on the water taps, so that the phenomenon of water leakage can be effectively avoided, the stepping and servo motor is prevented from being burnt and the normal working of a laser vacuum SLM printer is ensured.
