Poder y violencia sobre el cuerpo de las mujeres

Many reports refer on the increasing violence against women. What causes it? In this article, we aim to provide a new insight in a line also advanced by Amoros and Segato. We analyze how many men react in delusion against the supposed lost of autonomy and further natural advantages while women increase their own possibilities of self-realization. The concept of "exemplary bodies", that is, violently conditioned bodies, guides our analysis. These mutilated female bodies confirm a sort of encoded message that recent globalization crisis has potenciated.
