[Lymph node tuberculosis in a patient with polymyalgic symptoms: value of 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography (18F-FDG-PET)].

: 18F-FDG-PET studies were performed in a 60-year-old female patient with polymyalgia rheumatica resistant to prior corticosteroid treatment. PET studies showed a cervical focus, which was identified histologically and microbiologically as lymph node tuberculosis.
