The solenoid valve, the combination end magnetic switch and the separation end magnetic switch are respectively and electrically connected with the full-vehicle controller. The air compressor is connected with the filter, the air cylinder and the solenoid valve through a one-way valve and a three-way valve. The solenoid valve is connected with the air cylinder through a separation return circuit and a combination return circuit. The automatic clutch actuator for the hybrid power vehicle has the advantages that a pneumatic system is rapid in responses, and the automatic clutch actuator for the hybrid power vehicle is capable of adapting to severe working conditions, low in requirement on working media and the like. The automatic clutch actuator for the hybrid power vehicle is capable of better achieving automatic control over the diaphragm spring clutch, improves dynamic performance, economical performance and safety performance of vehicle travel, and reduces labor intensity of drivers.
