Exploring on reducing the risks of medical disputes in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology

With the enhanced awareness of patients' rights and the sound relevant legal system,the risks of medical disputes originated from the clinical teaching for interns have been increasing and becoming the focus of attention. The causes of the disputes were analyzed in this paper and the relevant countermeasures were also discussed hoping to help reducing or avoiding the medical disputes in clinical teaching.
