Electrical apparatus control system for pipeline internal welding machine

The invention discloses an electrical apparatus control system for a pipeline internal welding machine. The pipe internal welding machine comprises a machine body, a conical head part and a delivering rod which are connected in sequence, wherein a main control box is arranged in the conical head part; a machine body control box is arranged in the machine body; a delivering rod control box is arranged at one end of the delivering rod; the main control box is connected to the machine body control box and the delivering rod control box and comprises a remote communication module, a welding parameter feedback control module, a conical head pneumatic control module and a motor driving module; the conical head pneumatic control module is used for controlling the opening and the closing of electromagnetic valves of pneumatic elements; a welding lap joint control box in the machine body control box is used for receiving detection results, which are detected by fixedly-arranged magnetic induction detecting switches, about arc striking positions and an arc receiving positions of welding guns as well as a rotating limit position of a slewing ring, and transmitting the detection results to the motor driving module, thereby controlling the slewing ring to drive a motor to electrify and de-electrify; and the delivering rod control box is used for realizing welding of pipeline welding seams in a such way that the motor driving module controls the welding guns on the slewing ring to start and stop.
