The invention relates to a medical ointment, in particular to an ointment for photochemical adjuvant therapy and a preparation method and application thereof. The ointment is prepared from, by weight, 5-8 parts of Carbomer, 4-8 parts of glycerol, 12-16 parts of ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate, 1-10 parts of 5-methyl aminolevulinate, 1-3 parts of medical essence and 20-40 parts of ointment matrix. The ointment has the advantages that when the ointment is used for photochemical adjuvant therapy, the treatment effect is good; after patients suffering from acne or condyloma acuminate use the ointment for adjuvant therapy, the relapse rate is extremely low. By means of the preparation method of the ointment, processing efficiency is high, product quality is stable, controllability is good, and cost is low.
