Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of the Lean Logistics System of Commodity Circulation Enterprise Based on EWM-AHP: A Case Study

An scientific and efficient evaluation system is essential to improve logistic quality. This system usually plays a necessary role in strengthening the lean logistic management of enterprises. This study analysis the influence factors of commodity circulation enterprises lean logistics, and establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system of lean logistics based on the combination of entropy weight method (EWM) and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method. A case application is used to illustrate the research approach has a strong applicability for circulation of commodities enterprise lean logistics evaluation. It also draws a conclusion that service quality and management level both exert significant influence on the lean logistics degree of commodities circulation enterprise, meanwhile, the importance of per capita logistics efficiency and electronic settlement rate per capita are weaker.
