Mapeamento dos processos do núcleo de currículos e históricos da UFPEL e a criação de um sistema de informação baseado em BPMN

The objective of this work is to optimize the process of issuing the final history of the students graduated from the Federal University of Pelotas, since this process currently takes about a year and a half to complete. This work will contribute to the reduction of the time of the processes, reducing the student's waiting time, reducing possible legal proceedings that may be due to the delay in issuing the diploma. With the process mapping, which was done in the Bizagi Modeler software, the process detail was identified and allowed the identification of existing faults. After the analysis of the mapping and the interviews it was possible to propose corrections that contributed to the improvements of the process, and the work allowed to know the Cobalt System to develop the activity of issuing the final history. Analyzes were carried out regarding the concepts of processes, mapping of flows, information systems, BPM and BPMN.
