Experimental Study on Gasification Dephosphorization of Converter Slag With Reduction by Silicon

From 1 773 K to 1 973 K,the reduction experiments of converter slag simulated for slag splashing by silicon were carried out in a vacuum graphite tube resistance furnace.The result indicates that among the four influencing factors of reducing dephosphorization,temperature is uppermost influencing factors,the content of FeO takes the second place,nitrogen takes the third place,and basicity takes the fourth place.The optimum conditions for gasification dephophorization during slag splashing were determined,the gasification dephophorization rate by reduced slag can reach to 81.23%.
