The invention provides a method and a device for drawing a bird damage distribution graph of a power grid. The method comprises the following steps of: integrating existing records of removal of bird nests in the power grid; calculating a bird nest density of each tower, wherein the bird nest density is the number of bird nests which are removed within a set time period; performing cluster analysis on a bird damage density according to the bird nest density of each tower; distinguishing different bird nest density regions subjected to cluster analysis so as to obtain the bird damage distribution graph.
