Destressing method applied to satellite aluminum alloy riveting bearing barrel

2012
The invention provides a destressing method applied to a satellite aluminum alloy riveting bearing barrel. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, performing vibration preparation, namely measuring the size of the bearing barrel before vibration, supporting the bearing barrel by employing a multi-point supporting mode, fixing the bearing barrel by using a tool, selecting a position and an eccentric gear of a vibration exciter, and selecting a position of a vibration pickup, wherein the size of the bearing barrel comprises the flatness, depth of parallelism, roundness and height; 2, performing a modal test before vibration; 3, performing a vibration aging test; 4, performing a modal test after vibration; and 5, measuring an important process size, wherein the important process size comprises the upper end frame outer diameter, the lower end frame outer diameter, the upper end roundness, the upper end frame flatness and the lower end frame flatness of the bearing barrel. According to the method, the residual stress of the riveting bearing barrel can be effectively removed, so that the structural size of the aluminum alloy riveting bearing barrel is stable; and moreover, the production cycle of the satellite aluminum alloy riveting bearing barrel is greatly shortened, and the production schedule is effectively guaranteed.
