Auxiliary clamping method for NOMEX honeycomb numerical control machining

The invention provides an auxiliary clamping method for machining of an NOMEX honeycomb on a common numerical control milling machine. The auxiliary clamping method includes the following steps that the surface of a tool is cleaned, and an additional layer is laid and attached to a tool surface on which a release agent has been brushed, then an isolation layer is laid, and finally the NOMEX honeycomb is put on the isolation layer; curing is conducted in a hot pressure tank or a drying box according to curing parameters of a material selected and used in the additional layer; mold release of the honeycomb is conducted; and the NOMEX honeycomb is subjected to numerical control machining. By means of the auxiliary clamping method, the problem that an NOMEX honeycomb part is not firmly stuck or clamped and is unstuck during machining, and consequently the honeycomb part is defective is solved, meanwhile, the machining quality of the NOMEX honeycomb part is improved, and the rejection rate is reduced.
