On the Cultivation of China's Nonprofit Non-governmental Schools

At present,our country should vigorously support the development of nonprofit non-governmental schools and actively guide majority non-governmental schools towards nonprofit direction.The cultivation of nonprofit non-governmental schools should be proceed in two dimensions of "incentive" and "standardization" and it should specifically include the following basic aspects:improving the property rights arrangement,forming reasonable incentive,setting the nonprofit bottom line,and creating a good developing environment for the nonprofit non-governmental schools.
