Organic culture medium produced by utilizing pig manure and sludge composting and production method thereof

2013
The invention discloses an organic culture medium produced by utilizing pig manure and sludge composting and a production method thereof. The organic culture medium comprises the pig manure decomposed by fermentation. The pig manure is solid pig manure which is formed by separating cleaning sewage in a large-scale pig farm through a solid-liquid separating machine. The organic culture medium also comprises the sludge composting which is formed by uniformly stirring urban domestic sludge and diluted and dried mushroom dreg with the water content of 25+/-2% according to the equal volume, enabling the water content of the mushroom dreg to be 55+/-2% and carrying out fermentation and decomposition on the composting. The organic culture medium is prepared by stacked fermentation of the pig manure and the sludge composting. The formnula has the advantages that the problems that the existing soiless culture medium damages the environment, and is poor in chemical-property stability, high in salt content, low in organic matter and poor in cation exchange capability so as to influence the seedling raise are overcome, the salt content is lower, the nutrients are moderate, the content of heavy metal is low, the environment is not damaged and the requirement for organic culture can be met.
