The invention relates to a quick preparation technology of a novel polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The quick preparation technology comprises the following steps: fully mixing and dissolving metered polyether macromonomer, acrylic acid, hydrogen peroxide and a catalyst in tap water separately; adding the polyether macromonomer and the catalyst into a reaction still under a stirring condition, so as to obtain a solution A; dropwise adding acrylic acid, hydrogen peroxide and the catalyst into the solution A, and keeping the temperature after full polymerization reaction, so as to obtain a solution B; uniformly stirring the solution B, adding caustic soda flakes, adjusting the pH value, and replenishing water to obtain polycarboxylate superplasticizer mother liquor; mixing and stirring the polycarboxylate superplasticizer mother liquor with a slump retaining agent, sodium gluconate, sugar, sodium nitrite, citric acid, anhydrous sodium sulphate and dodecane, so as to obtain the polycarboxylate composite superplasticizer. According to the invention, the method is simple, the cost is low, heating and pressurization are not required in the production process, the prepared polycarboxylate composite superplasticizer is good in stability, low in admixture amount, high in water-reducing rate, good in compatibility with cement and admixtures of different varieties, low in alkali content and environment-friendly.
