The behavior of fatty acids mixtures in electrical fields

The results of a study on the dielectric behavior of some fatty acids, constituents of the biological membranes, are analyzed. A phenomenological model concerning the behavior of those systems, in electrical fields is presented. The theoretical evaluations are in good agreement with the experimental ones.
