Identificação Arquivística como base para elaboração do plano de classificação de documentos da faculdade de música do Espírito Santo (FAMES)

It addresses the identification of documents based on Diplomatic and Documentary Typology for the preparation of the Document Classification Plan of the Faculty of Music of Espirito Santo, FAMES. Identification in the field of Archivistic consists of contextualizing the archival document through the analysis and systematization of the producer body and document types. As a research problem, it presents the following question: How did archival identification contribute to the elaboration of the Document Classification Plan within the scope of FAMES? To answer this question, the general objective of this research will be to present methodological procedures, based on archival identification as a basis for document classification. As a specific objective, it presents the proposal of the Functional Classification Plan of documents produced from the final activities of FAMES. This instrument is intended to serve all servers and users. The realization of the theoretical and applied dimension on the case study of archival identification enabled the development of instruments based on the parameters of Document Typology, which demonstrates scientific rigour in the correct naming of archival documents, as well as in the establishment of the functions and activities developed in the FAMES.
