Efecto de la citrolina sobre la viabilidad y la producción de proteasas y quitinasas del hongo entomopatógeno Metarhizium anisopliae var. acridum

The effect of the mineral oil citroline (agrochemical, insecticide and conidial dispersant agent) in the viability, and in the proteases and chitinases production of Metarhizium anisopliae var. acridum was studied. Citroline showed a significant difference (p 0.05) in the fungal production of proteases and chitinases, the activities’ halos were always reduced by the mineral oil, in 24.4 and 14.4%, respectively.
