An NFC IC is published. The NFC IC according to embodiments of the present invention includes a semiconductor substrate; a CMOS oscillator formed on the semiconductor substrate and generating a reference clock signal; a frequency divider which is formed on the semiconductor substrate and generates a first clock signal and a second clock signal having different frequencies using the reference clock signal; an RF interface which is formed on the semiconductor substrate, receives the first clock signal, and transmits and receives radio signals using an NFC scheme according to the first clock signal; and an MCU which is formed on the semiconductor substrate, receives the second clock signal, and controls the operation of the RF interface according to the second clock signal.
