Wet desulfurization system and desulfuration technique thereof

The invention relates to a wet desulfurization system and a desulfurization technique, wherein the desulfurization system comprises a foam groove which is connected by pipe line, a sulfur melting kettle and a waste liquid groove. The invention is characterized in that the lower portion of the sulfur melting kettle is provided with an erect direct calandria, a stirring mechanism is mounted in the waste liquid groove, the lower portion of the waste liquid groove is a conical bottom structure, and further lower end is provided with a waste liquid discharge pipe. Each component of the wet desulfurization system has reasonable design, which effectively eliminates stoppage of the sulfur melting kettle and the waste liquid groove which is caused by elemental sulfur, and can guarantee normal and continuous operation of the pipe line and each desulfuration apparatus, and can keep normal quality of fuel gas. The operation condition of desulfuration technique is mild, which can meet the requirement of the desulfurization system, guarantees continuous operation capability of the wet desulfurization system, and lightens the operation environment and intensity of the wet desulfurization system.
