The invention discloses a powder-metallurgy slippage pump rotor. The invention is characterized in that the powder-metallurgy slippage pump rotor is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-2 parts of graphite, 8-9 parts of Ni, 0.4-0.8 part of Cu, 3.4-3.8 parts of Ti, 7.2-7.3 parts of V, 1.3-1.5 parts of B, 72.2-73.5 parts of iron powder, 0.4-0.7 part of Ce and 2-3 parts of assistant. The powder-metallurgy slippage pump rotor has reasonable formula, effectively overcomes the defects in the existing slippage pump cycloid inner and outer rotors, has the advantages of high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, wear resistance, shock resistance and long service life, can satisfy the demands for long-term load running, and can remove the clamped load in time under abnormal conditions (clamping), thereby avoiding damage of the main pump and other parts.
