Application of PLC and Hydraulic Pump Unit in Refining Furnace Tilting Angle Control Systems

The idea based on the PLC S7-300/400 control system,one set of automatic control system is designed,aiming at measuring refining furnace angle and inclining the refining furnace by automation according to the need.The system is including PLC,hydraulic pump unit,sensors,HMI picture,control panels.The signals is transferred by field PROFIBUS and Ethernet to the control panel and control center.The parameters is displayed on HMI picture,and the job can be finished under the PLC control,also the safety of this systems is considered by emergency of power off.
