PLC-based temperature and humidity equalization control system

The invention discloses a PLC-based temperature and humidity equalization control system. The control system comprises a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, a material sensor and a PLC control module; the temperature sensor is used to detect temperature in a production line and send a detected temperature value to the PLC control module; the humidity sensor is used to detect humidity in the production line and send a detected humidity value to the PLC control module; the material sensor is used to detect a material remaining amount at a feeding port and send the detected material remaining amount to the PLC control module; the PLC control module is used to adjust the temperature and the humidity in the production line in real time according to the temperature value sent by the temperature sensor and the humidity value sent by the humidity sensor and adjust a material feeding amount of the feeding port of the production line according to the material remaining amount sent by the material sensor so that equalization of the temperature and the humidity in the production line and stable supply of materials are achieved.
