Диагностика нарушений системы гемостаза у беременных с фетоплацентарной недостаточностью и новорожденных детей

35 pregnant women with chronic fetoplacentary insufficiency (CFPI) and their newborns were examined. Pregnant women with subcompensated form of CFPI showed chronometric hypercoagulability and decrease in fibrinolytic activity. Newborns of mothers with subcompensated CFPI also showed hemoconcentration because of the decrease in the I phase of fibrin formation process and reduction of operant behavior of thrombocytes.
