Двухэтапный процесс компьютерного конструирования наполненной полимерной композиции

2000
This paper deals with the method of computer-aided design of a dispersedly filled polymer composition for obtaining a definite class of articles exploited under known operation loads. At the first stage of this design, consideration is given to the formulation of requirements on the macrocharacteristics (at the level of a laboratory specimen or a construction member) of a material. At the second stage, the methods of structural analysis and design of experiments are combined to determine plausible compromises between the parameters, which provide necessary macroscale properties of a material. It is shown that to a specified level of a macroparameter some set of combinations of values of the control parameters can correspond, yielding a contour line rather than a point in the corresponding state space, as opposed to extremum problems. An example demonstrating the reliability and the efficiency of the method is given.
