The invention discloses an induction heating spinning forming system and method. The induction heating spinning forming system comprises a headstock, a spinning die, an inductor, a power device, a cooling device and an adjusting device. The spinning die is installed on a spindle of the headstock. The inductor is located on the upper side of the spinning die. A preset distance is kept between one end of the inductor and a planar spinning blank clamped in the spinning die. The other end of the inductor is connected to the power device. The cooling device is led into the inductor and the power device. The power device is used for providing alternating currents for the inductor, and the planar spinning blank can generate alternating currents through the alternating currents. The adjusting device is connected with the inductor and used for adjusting the position and angle of the inductor so that the inductor can move according to the shape of the planar spinning blank. An induction heating mode is adopted for the spinning process, the heating efficiency is high, the labor intensity is relieved, the heating temperature is uniform, the uniformity and stability of spinning part structures are guaranteed, little heat is conducted to the spinning die, and damage, caused by heating, to spinning equipment is reduced.
