Grapheme-based HgCdTe material and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses an infrared detecting material and a preparation method thereof. The infrared detecting material of the present invention comprises an infrared light absorption layer and a charge transport carrier layer which is arranged on the infrared light absorption layer, wherein the charge transport carrier layer is prepared by a grapheme material. According to the embodiment of the invention, the grapheme material is used as the transport layer of photon-generated carriers, the response rate and detector sensitivity are improved, the material can be adapted to the requirements of an infrared detector by a new generation of weapon equipment and electronic system development, and the weapon equipment performance development bottleneck problems of improving a detecting distance, expanding a detection frequency and improving detection precision are solved.
