Evaluación de la percepción y la satisfacción de los familiares de usuarios de un centro de rehabilitación e integración social

espanolEl objetivo del presente estudio era conocer la opinion que los familiares de enfermos mentales diagnosticados de esquizofrenia tienen sobre el funcionamiento del Centro de Rehabilitacion Psicosocial (CRIS) que atiende a sus allegados. Para ello aplicamos un cuestionario a 50 familiares de usuarios de un CRIS para conocer su percepcion y satisfaccion sobre los siguientes aspectos del servicio: eficacia del tratamiento que recibe el usuario, calidad de la infraestructura del centro, relacion y apoyo dispensado por los profesionales y necesidades percibidas por los familiares. En las conclusiones se reflexiona sobre la necesidad de este tipo de recursos para tratar a enfermos mentales diagnosticados de esquizofrenia y apoyar/ayudar a sus familiares. EnglishThe aim of this study was to know the opinion of relatives of mental illness patients diagnosed of schizophrenia about the performance of the Centre for Psychosocial Rehabilitation (CRIS) caring for their relations. In order to achieve this aim, we passed a questionnaire to families of 50 users of a CRIS centre to determine their perception and satisfaction with the following aspects of the service: effectiveness of the treatment being given to the user, quality of the centre�s infrastructure, the relationship with and support given by the professionals and the perceived needs of the relatives. In the conclusion, we reflect on the need of such resources for the treatment of mental illness patients diagnosed of schizophrenia and on the support/help needed for their families.
