EFFECT OF ANNEALING TEMPERATURE AND INDIUM DOPING ON STRUCTURAL, OPTICAL AND ELECTRICAL PROPERTIES OF TIN OXIDE (SnO2) THIN FILMS DEPOSITED BY ULTRASONIC SPRAY TECHNIQUE

Nowadays, the process of scientific information accessibility and international technicality was reported to be clear of any problematic matters and was propounded in way which was modeled upon the 20s of the twentieth century in form and shape where scientific communication system came to the surface lately with radical changes resulting mainly from higher subscription prices in the scientific magazines and amidst the dominance of the commercial publishers and their scientific institutions, to the inclusion of researches centers and universities, over the scientific research findings albeit being producers and financers concurrently . Also, the changes engendered by the scientific communication system fully reflected the emergence of free access movement as a new model of scientific communication since the early 90s of the last century. In this sense, this study sought to review a cluster of studies which delve deeper into the digital repositories concept in universities as a necessity in the scientific field nowadays.
