Therapeutic effect of Laifuchengqi Tang on severe acute pancreatitis associated lung injury patients

Objective To observe effect of Laifuchengqi Tang on severe acute pancreatitis associated lung injury patients.Methods 61 cases of severe acute pancreatitis patients were randomly divided into the control group and Chinese medicine treatment group,Chinese medicine treatment group was based on conventional treatment to pile Laifuchengqi Tang enema,two groups of patients,observed the imaging examination,coagulation function,arterial blood gas analysis index,blood amylase,urine amylase,body temperature,white blood cells count,exhaust time,first to defecate time and APACHE Ⅱ score changes.Results The same time Chinese medicine treatment group imaging examination index,coagulation function,blood gas analysis index and APACHE Ⅱ score is obviously superior to conventional control group (P＜0.05); body temperature,white blood cells count and restore the exhaust defecate rime to the control group significantly shortened (P＜0.05).Conclusions Laifuchengqi Tang can greatly improve severe acute pancreatitis patients with lung injury,its mechanism may and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
