Кодекси етики ділових відносин як фактор становлення етичних засад бізнесу та менеджменту

In the paper there has been analyzed the role of the Codes of business relations ethics (corporative codes) in the process of establishment of ethic fundamentals of business and management of foreign countries in order to study the experience of business ethics establishment in firm and organization as the integral factor of further development of business sphere in Ukraine.
