The present invention discloses an aminopolycarboxylic acid ethylene glycol bis (2-aminoethyl ether) synthesis of compound triacetate. Aspect is that: first glycol bis (2-aminoethyl ether) tetraacetic acid dissolved in an appropriate amount of warm water, rare earth oxide was added, stirring was heated at reflux for 3 ~ 4h, to give H3eg3a-Re2O3 complex solution, organic amine solution was added dropwise adjusting the pH to 5.0 to 6.0, the solution was concentrated, left to stand, filtered and the filtrate was added dropwise a solution of sodium hydroxide to the filtrate, the pH is adjusted to 12.0 to 13.0, basified destruction complex H3eg3a-Re2O3 . Standing, filtered, concentrated hydrochloric acid was added dropwise adjusting the pH to 2.0 to 3.0 to the filtrate, to give a voluminous white precipitate H3eg3a. The method of the present invention is simple and novel, low cost, and no by-product formation and does not cause environmental pollution.
