Straddle-type monorail traffic rigid frame system

2013
The utility model discloses a straddle-type monorail traffic rigid frame system and relates to rail beams and piers of a straddle-type monorail traffic system. The straddle-type monorail traffic rigid frame system is designed for improving the line smoothness, reducing the number of expansion joints of the monorail traffic rail beams, omitting cast steel tension supports, reducing the abrasion of rubber tyres and the construction costs and prolonging the service life of vehicles. The straddle-type monorail traffic rigid frame system is composed of multiple connected ridge frame bridges; every rigid frame bridge is formed by connecting workshop-prefabricated concrete rail beams onto the top surfaces of the piers through wet joints by means of a simply-supported continuously-beam-changing method, and the rail beams are prefabricated; and two neighboring connected rigid frame bridges are connected through jointless expansion joints, joint plates and plate-type rubber expansion joints, so that straddle-type monorail traffic lines can be jointless.
