Synthesis of 13C6-labeled Reyataz™ (BMS-232632)

An efficient synthesis of 13C6-labeled Reyataz™ (BMS-232632) is described. 13C6-labeled Reyataz™ was synthesized in eight steps from commercially available [ring-13C6]-L-phenylalanine.
