The invention provides a retinal prosthesis implant device with no bandage. The retinal prosthesis implant device with no bandage comprises a base body, an electronic packaging body, a stimulating electrode structure and a receiving antenna, wherein the electronic packaging body is installed in the base body and at least provided with a processing circuit used for processing electrical signals, and the stimulating electrode structure is provided with a base end connected with the electronic packaging body, a stimulating end close to a retina of the interior of an eyeball via an incision of the eyeball and an electronic cable connected with the base end and the stimulating end; and the receiving antenna is embedded into the base body and connected with the electronic packaging body, the base body is formed to be in a non-closed loop shape, and suturing parts are arranged at the two ends of the base body correspondingly. According to the retinal prosthesis implant device with no bandage, the base body of the retinal prosthesis implant device covers the outer surface of the eyeball and is formed to be in the non-closed loop shape, in addition, the stimulating end of the stimulating electrode structure is close to the retina of the interior of the eyeball via the incision of the eyeball, and thus, the operative wound to the eyeball, particularly eyeball muscles in the operation implanting process of the retinal prosthesis implant device can be reduced.
