Ultrasonic device for the examination of cell tissues.

System for the exploration of tissues of a breast, comprising an ultrasound scanning device comprising an ultrasonic probe which is capable of generating image data representing images of cellular tissue; one or more sensors coupled with the probe to determine the location of the probe; a viewing device for displaying the image data as images, the viewing device providing rapid and sequential display of the scanned images; a patch to cover the nipple of the patient, the patch is ultrasonically conductive and having different ultrasonic characteristics than breast tissue; and a covering of cloth to the breast tissue, adapted to hold the breast tissue in place during scanning, so that the fabric is able to absorb a coupling agent ultrasound and transmitting ultrasonic energy with minimal interference.
