Multispectral Digital Holography Based on Acousto-Optic Spectral Tuning in a Common-Path Interferometer
2018
Design of a compact module compatible with white light microscopes for digital holographic imaging in arbitrary spectral intervals is discussed. A new scheme of common-path interferometer with acousto-optic spectral tuning of the working wavelength is proposed. The experimental setup is presented. The efficiency of the proposed scheme is verified by the analysis of biological tissues.
