The invention relates to a heat exchange device for pyrolysis of a solid carbonic material. The device comprises a solid thermal carrier channel and a pyrolysis channel, wherein the solid thermal carrier flows in the solid thermal carrier channel in a fluidized state by using fluidized gas introduced from the lower part of the solid thermal carrier channel, a granular solid carbonic material containing volatile components is added from the upper part of the pyrolysis channel, passes through the pyrolysis channel in a fluidized state from top to bottom under gravity and undergoes pyrolytic reaction, the pyrolysis channel and the solid thermal carrier channel are separated by a heat conduction dividing wall, the solid thermal carrier and the solid carbonic material in the pyrolysis channel exchange heat through the heat conduction dividing wall, and the solid carbonic material is heated and undergoes pyrolytic reaction. The invention also relates to a pyrolysis method for the solid carbonic material.
