A compound of the general formula I: ** ** Formula wherein: R1 is hydrogen, halogen, cyano, C1-C6 alkoxy, C1-C6 alkyl or C1-C6 alkyl substituted by halogen or C3-C12 cycloalkyl, - (CH2) nO-C1-C6alkyl, -C (O) R 'wherein R' is C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkyl or NR2; R2 is aryl or 5- or 6-membered ring; R3 is hydrogen, OR, NR2, C1-C6 alkyl, C3-C12 cycloalkyl, aryl, heterocycloalkyl, 5- or 6-membered, C (O) NR2, C1-C6 alkyl substituted by halogen, or -C (O) R 'wherein R' is C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy or NR2; wherein the aryl, cycloalkyl, heterocycloalkyl or 5- or 6-membered ring R2 and R3 may be unsubstituted or substituted by halogen, cyano, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkyl, S (O) 2-C1 C6 alkyl, S (O) - C1-C6 alkyl, -C (O) R 'wherein R' is C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkyl or NR2; R is hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl; n is 0, 1 or 2; and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
