Health care pillow

The invention discloses a health care pillow. The health care pillow comprises a neck pillow, a head pillow, a shoulder pillow, side lying pillows, air bags, air pipes, inflation balls and a pillow sleeve. The neck pillow, the head pillow, the shoulder pillow and the side lying pillows are connected integrally. The shoulder pillow is arranged in front of the neck pillow and is matched with the curvature of the back of a human body. The neck pillow is positioned in the middle, and the side lying pillows are arranged on two sides of the neck pillow respectively. The head pillow is positioned on the rear portion and can accommodate and position the brain at the back of the head. The air bags are arranged at the bottom of the health care pillow and include two air bags in the shape of double-hollow square blocks and a bag-shaped air bag, and each air bag is connected with the corresponding inflation ball through the corresponding air pipe. The pillow sleeve sleeves the shoulder pillow, the neck pillow, the head pillow, the air bags and the air pipes. The inflation balls are squeezed by hands to inflate the air bags, and accordingly, the height of the health care pillow can be adjusted to adapt to different individuals. The health care pillow has the advantages that cervical spondylosis caused by physiological curvature change of the cervical vertebra can be prevented, protruding intervertebral discs can be restored, and the health care pillow plays a role in prevention and relief of cervical spondylosis symptoms and can adapt to different sleeping postures.
