The invention relates to a wireless telemetry seismic signal acquisition system, which solves the problems that the existing system is large in volume, high in power consumption, poor in anti-interference capability and small in data transmitting amount. The wireless telemetry seismic signal acquisition system comprises a control main machine, a synchronizer and a plurality of distributed branch acquisition stations, wherein the control main machine receives synchronous enabled instructions from the synchronizer, circularly sends configuration instructions and configuration parameters to each of the branch acquisition stations after receiving the enabled instructions, and receives and processes seismic data from the synchronizer; the synchronizer sends synchronous enabled instructions to the control main machine and the branch acquisition stations; the branch acquisition stations start after receiving the synchronous enabled instructions to receive a data fetching instruction from the control main machine, and then send acquired seismic data to the control main machine; and an integrated power supply is arranged in each of the branch acquisition stations, the synchronizer and the control main machine.
