The invention relates to a construction method of a stock dump capable of accelerating dehydration and drying process of dredging deposited sludge. One side of the deposited sludge stock dump is provided with an outlet the upper side of which flushes with the top part of the stock dump, and the bottom part thereof is provided with parallel drainage ditch at interval; drain pipes are laid in the drainage ditch and slope towards to the outlet in a certain gradient; water seepage gravels are arranged at the periphery of the drain pipes to avoid the drain pipe from being blocked; the middle part of the drain pipe is provided with a vertical pipeline communicated with an external vacuum system through a collection pipeline on the top surface of the stock dump. After the dredging deposited sludge enters into the stock dump, the sludge deposits at the bottom part, and the clear water overflows from the outlet; in the dehydration and drying process of the deposited sludge, the separated free water content flows into the bottom part of the drainage ditch through a sludge depositing layer, passes through the gravels to enter into the drain pipe, and is discharged from the stock dump after being collected through the drain pipe; the external vacuum system sucks the drain pipe to be in a negative pressure state, thus increasing drain water heads of the deposited sludge of the stock dump and accelerating water removal in the deposited sludge. The construction method of the invention can accelerate the drying process of the deposited sludge in the stock dump, thus shortening the occupied period of the stock dump.
