The optical pickup apparatus of the present invention emits at least the light flux with wavelength .lambda.1 as parallel light with an objective optical element where the light flux with wavelength .lambda.1, .lambda.2 and λ3 passes, the light flux with wavelength .lambda.1, .lambda.2 and λ3 passes emitted and an angular transducer, when the optical pickup device used, in a case where the light flux with wavelength λ3 and when the light flux passes the wavelength λ1 or λ2 passes, the position of the optical axis direction of the exit angle conversion element characterized in that change.
