Organoleptic evaluation of meat of rabbits of New Zealand breed, which during the period of cultivation received to the granulated compound feed vitamin and mineral supplement "Tekro" in the amount of 3.5%. It was found that the use of the additive contributes to the increase in live weight of rabbits by 13.0% compared with the control group. The meat of rabbits of 90 days of age has good organoleptic, taste and culinary characteristics.
